With Cisco's vast content library, the primary strategy revolves around seamless content organization and personalized delivery. We established a flexible content taxonomy and repository, consolidated within a single, easily manageable cloud-based database. Content was curated into journeys and modules targeting specific business challenges. Gamification elements such as progress completion were integrated, enabling partner admins to monitor team engagement effectively. Additionally, we developed an intuitive content management system (CMS) equipped with robust analytics, AI-powered custom insights, and recommendations that will scale as the business needs continue to grow.
