Increase new customer conversion rates by 20%? Challenge accepted.
Already a leader online estate planning, LegalZoom came to us with a ambitious goal - forget about the 2 million customers they already have, what can we do to drive new customer conversion rates by 20%? And that's the kind of engagement that got us excited and perfect for our Design Sprint process.
Co-creation, rapid prototyping, and qualitative testing.
Design sprint was the ideal process to tackle the challenge LegalZoom presented to us. 22 design thinking exercises were planned, organized and facilitated during our 3 days of stakeholder alignment, group ideations, user journey optimizations, and product features prioritizations.
Our team collaborated with LegalZoom's team of marketers, sales and internal UX leaders, created an interactive prototype showing some of the best ideas, and put that in front of a number of potential customers for qualitative testing, all in a matter of 5 business days.
Many ideas, one prototype, and millions of revenue generated.
The end-prototype was met with overwhelm positivity and identified a number of opportunities to meet the business goals. We took that prototype, and through iterations working with their design team, delivered everything development team needed to turn the design vision into reality, and most of all, achieved the primary business goal of an increase in new customer conversation rate.
The1stmovement laid out what we needed to accomplish each day and kept our, at times, rowdy group on track while walking us through a number of exercises and thoughtful discussions. At the end of week, we had exactly what we needed. It was so successful that we brought them back to work on a second engagement with another team.
